Although we are not lawyers we have extensive experience with the agreements and related documents used in the AEC industry. As your consultant we can provide training to your staff on the use of these documents to appropriately align your risk with your responsibilities and compensation. We also provide coaching for Principals seeking peer input to assist their decision process.

Situation Assessments
We understand the standard of care for design professionals. When disputes arise during construction we can assist in determining the potential liability exposure and risk. Working with your legal and insurance advisors we develop strategies and action plans to mitigate the exposure.

Expert Reports
Expert Reports are typically provided to legal counsel at their request after legal proceedings have been initiated. We have extensive experience in responding to such requests.

Depositions
We can provide deposition support to legal counsel and have experience being deposed during discovery.

Trial Testimony
We have appeared at trial as an expert witness.
